- How did Lek come to owe you twenty thousand baht?
- He borrowed it to pay for clothes, a mobile phone and other things he thought he needed in Germany. He bought luxury items. Be careful with Lek. You can’t believe what he says. I am sad to say his moral standards are not high.
- Moral standards? I have heard about what you make your Thai boys do when they visit you in Wuppertal.

- That you make them work.
- Work? I don’t force them to work. They want to work.
- And make them pay their own air tickets?
- Not true. I paid for Lek.
- You demand rent?
- Who said that? They stay for free. I pay for everything they need.
- I heard that you are – excuse the expression – their pimp.
- Ha ha! Is that what they say? I don’t have to pimp them. They have hardly arrived before they are down by the railway station, chatting up men. Lek was like that too. And of course he was on the Internet a lot.
- What happens to their money?
- I don’t know. I guess they spend it.
