The moneyboy on the corner had grabbed Larson’s arm and was pulling the farang along. Duff stood in their way.
- Larson, said Duff. – Don’t go with this boy. He is dangerous.
- Dangerous? said Larson. – Says who?

The boy held on to Larson’s hand and smiled sweetly at Duff.
- What exactly is dangerous about this boy? asked Larson
