Can you tell?
A reader suggested Bill Kaulitz of the German pop band Tokio Hotel for the Officially Not Gay category.
I had seen Bill Kaulitz and the band on the cover of BRAVO magazine. But I thought the flamboyant lead singer was a girl.
Bummer. Mr. Kaulitz is a boy. Is he gay? Of course not. To prove it he has a video where he sings “It’s raining men” on Star Search. He was 13 when he did that.

Is he simply doing a striking impersonation of a gay Japanese boy, or is he half Japanese? By the way, the guy can’t sing or dance. He has little talent other than looking really cute. I say we introduce his agent to Lee Kim.

Wiki says…Bill is known for his effeminate look. His favorite color is orange and he often wears black jackets, rock band tees, and Gothic jewelery, as well as dark eyeliner and makeup. Currently, he has dyed his hair black with white-blond streaks and styled it in a spiky, voluminous style, which bears similarities to Japanese ‘Visual Kei’ bands.
Whether he’s straight or one of us, it still takes guts to appear like a Japanese fem boy. Good luck to him.

I agree with Speedster. Maybe this is just me over-analyzing, but he never explicitly say “I like girls” or “I’m straight.” Also, he could be saying he’s not straight to preserve his fanbase.

Okay so half of you don’t even think he’s a guy, try actually listening to him. He’s effeminate but so evidently male it’s ridiculous.
If you have this much time to pick fault with someone because of their own individuality then I really think you should go look at yourself.
If I could be bothered with you people, I’d prove to you he was a guy with various pictures, but you aren’t even worth it, it’s just sad.
He isn’t gay, he’s said since he was 16 years old that he has many gay friends but is definately not gay himself. He also said it again in a recent interview after there was an internet rumour about it.
You know what, even if he was gay, it wouldn’t take away any of his talent, so I think you need to remove your faces from your asses and find someone new to poke fun at, cos you won’t bring him down.
