He doesn’t mean it. I got him a perfume set from Dior, which came with a white purse. I don’t care what the smell is as long as it looks good.
I downloaded music for the season. I wanted something other than what they play in Robinson. How about Weinacht im Schnee - Christmas in the snow? It is better in German. The English make everything jolly and happy. I don’t want that. Give me German melancholia and Weltschmerz - the pain of being alive. It is Christmas.
Then I found a Dutch boy choir, De Gouden Nachtegaaltjes. Does that mean The Golden Nightingales? They sing well.

Fashion Boy from Laos still says he wants to come to Bangkok, but he has no plan for what to do here. I could send him money for the ticket, but then what? Must I house him and feed him and give him money too? I have enough on my hands. I want him to have a plan. Going to Telephone bar and sitting there smiling at foreigners isn’t a plan.

Yes it does, with the small exception, that the Nachtegaaltjes is a diminutive form. But I never heard someone to diminish a nightingale in English - may be everyone thinks, that it’s small enough.

Yes, you can do it this way, but it misses the point, because Little does not give you that cozy feeling like the -tje- suffix shell do. The difference between Nachtegaal and Nachtegaaltje is like one between cat and kitty.

I did meet a guy from Laos making a living from Farang, whom he met by the bank across the road from the Wall Street Inn in BK.
