I just checked the Bangkok Post and in part they said: "Army scraps insensitive labelling" The army yesterday promised trans-gendered people that it will no longer label them as people with a ''mental disorder'' in this year's conscription process, which starts tomorrow. ''We've told the committees to be aware of the sensitivity of the issue, and that they must be more careful when dealing with this group,'' Col Chalermpol told a forum organised by the National Human Rights Commission."
