No Thai wants to me mistaken for a farmer. But to western eyes the boy looks pasty and somewhat unhealthy. He looks like he spends too much time indoors. He may be vitamin D deficient. He could even be heading for osteoporosis. He needs to get some sun. The boy on the left has skin made for speedo wearing.
