Damn! If the photographer has just waited another few seconds, I’m sure the shorts would have been around his knees, and we would have all been delighted.

This looks like a Bali boy. There is a guy who specialises in such photography. If it’s from him, there’s also a delicious series of a similar boy surfing in red speedos.
