Bad hotels/resorts and worse transport system! This story is kinda scary, a Thai boy slips past you at YOUR hotel room door and makes a beeline for your mini bar........sorry, I would have to have headed him off at the pass! I hope I don't encounter such behaviour in Chiang Mai next month. Bankok will be ok 'cos I stay at the Tarntawan Place always. (Good Security) I must admit, I hate Pattaya with a passion.

The young man was hovering nearby and the tout reminded me of my budding friendship with the whiskey-loving boy and said I should take him back to my hotel for something more substantial. I said no thanks. UPDATE:
