Pattaya Superstar

gay-boy-diary.jpg

I suddenly decided to go to Pattaya. I had not been there in a while.

I met the Superstar and his friend Number Five in the soi. The Superstar was Number One in his bar last time I was in Pattaya. Number Five peaked at (you guessed it) number five.

The Superstar was dressed in fashionable clothes that looked like they were brand new. I have only seen him in new clothes. He had a haircut of the sort that costs 150 baht a day to maintain.

The Superstar had fake eye lashes and wore makeup. But apart from this he was dressed as a boy. I wonder if he is a ladyboy-in-training. I would not be surprised to see him do the gender jump. But that would be bad for business. There are too many ladyboys in Pattaya already.

I saw right away that the Superstar had put on weight. He was maybe six pounds heavier now, and it takes little for that to show on a short Thai boy like him. I could see the extra padding on his arms and around the middle.
- Am I fat now? asked the Superstar. He stroked his arms and patted his middle part.
- Not at all, I said.
Number Five giggled.

But The Superstar remains a spectacular sight. He knows he is good looking and moves with the grace and dignity of royalty.

Life is good on the top in Pattaya. The other boys respect him for his success. But I did some math. The Superstar told me last time that he had 35 offs in a month. That is 420 in a year. He is also the bar owner’s boyfriend, or so the gossip says. Add then the admirers the Superstar have who have his phone number and whose advances don’t show up in the official statistics.

It adds up. I could not help but think about this when I looked at the Superstar and wondered what it would be like to befriend him. Virgin territory it would not be.

The Superstar never makes any advances. He does the posing and the showing off and lets people come to him.

Number Five can’t afford such a passive approach. He flirts and teases and gives me accidental body contact. It was the same routine as last time I met him, the same jokes, the same hints.

They are both cute and sweet boys. I am into sweet trade. It is the opposite of rough trade.

I spoke to the Superstar and Number Five in an open beer bar. Later after closing hours I walked through the soi when I saw the two Thai boys enter a building and go up the stairs to their room. They waved that I should follow them. But I didn’t.
