You wonder why the photos are in different sizes? This depends on the quality of the original in the magazine. If the original is a full page like I can make a large picture out of the scan. But if the original is a small photo on a corner of the page I keep it small, like the ones you see below. There is no point blowing it up if it only gets blurry on your screen.
