As usual Chalerm pretended he would not celebrate Loy Krathong with me, and as usual he was bluffing.

This was our 5th festival. We have sent our float under Sathorn Bridge three times, once we were at Rama 3 and this year we went to Lumpini Park. The park was crowded, but not overcrowded. There were dozens of policemen and soldiers to watch us lest the celebration suddenly turned into a counter-coup.
